Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of VossAI (vosssai.com). By creating an account or using a VossAI card you agree to them. Questions: jojo@elitelivingrealty.com.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and your card information accurate. You are responsible for what you publish on your card, including that listings, photos and claims are accurate, that you have the right to use them, and that your advertising follows the rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission (or your state's regulator), your brokerage and the Fair Housing Act.
Plans and billing
Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel in the dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your card stays live until the end of the paid period. Team leaders pay for their agents, and agents or MLS add-ons added during a billing period are charged a prorated amount. Accessories ship after payment.
Leads, emails and connected accounts
Leads from your card belong to you. Only send emails to people who contacted you or who otherwise expect to hear from you, and follow anti-spam laws. If you connect Google, Follow Up Boss, Back Boss or another tool, you authorize VossAI to send the information needed to that service, and you can disconnect anytime.
AI Studio
AI Studio writes drafts for you to review. Drafts can contain mistakes: read every word and check facts before you publish or send anything. Monthly credits depend on your plan and do not roll over.
MLS data
MLS listings are provided by your MLS through SimplyRETS and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Display follows your MLS's rules, and your MLS ID must belong to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use VossAI to break the law, send spam, discriminate, impersonate someone, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
VossAI is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
